GetHuman-329035: I paid my bill *******. The money was taken out of my account. I got an error message when I was to get my pin to reactivate (convenient) so the screen went white but the $ is out of my account! My bank statements are in black and white and are printable). I called that day and was told a supervisor would retreive my info and put it on* this did not happen. I walked to a store the following day (since I had no cell phone) and I asked to speak to a supervisor who had me on hold for an hour and a half! WOW! I hung up. What's more, no one is making records of my calls because when I called later that night from a friends cell (T-MOBILE better cell carrier my friend said) night I asked them to look into the notes section of my two previous calls. I was told that they saw no record of "any" of my calls - WOW! I was told that someone would look into it before his shift was over and that his supervisor would put the cell on. LOL WOW.COM!!!
