GetHuman-312768: Simple Mobile: The WORSE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Don't waste time or money on them. I have an iPhone *S and I always have dropped calls, called failed, internet is super slow, I call to complain and of the customer service "can't" do anything about it. The hold time is ridiculously LONG. I went to Mexico and needed my phone, I called Simple Mobile paid an additional $** to get on an internal plan and of course I had no service in Mexico they didn't tell me I wouldn't get service there, instead they stole my money. I called to complain and even spoke to a manager and they did nothing about it. They are a bunch of thieves. I cancelled my service with them in a heartbeat!
