~Camillelove: Their information systems are faulty. I purchased a brand new sim card and data usage plan of $** for unlimited everything. Then upon getting the materials, I call to activate it and they could not find the sim card number in their information system. I requested a refund and they told me that they needed to go to their corporate to consult them and they would email me by Tuesday. It is now Thursday morning and I am bothered by the way they conduct business.
