~mom2ava: Well, I only started with simple mobile today, so we'll have to wait for my follow up review of the customer service, but I called, waited barely * min and was promptly taken care of. After being warned it might take *-** hours to port my number over, I recieved a text stating my service was active less than * minutes after hanging up with customer care. Yes, it took less than * minutes for them to port my number to their service! The lady I spoke with on the phone was very thorough, and double checked to make sure everything was being entered into the system correctly. I am excited to be using their service with the level of care I received today.

~mom2ava: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
