~siriusNEVER: I don't even have Sirius XM service and never have. However, on a daily basis my ** year old son receives a call on his phone from Sirius to renew his membership. I called from his phone to let them know they have the wrong number and they need to remove his number from their call list. The response I received was... We can't remove the number from our marketing list. You will need to call your cell phone provider and have our phone number blocked.... WHAT??? Sirius XM is harassing my son and I and I need to contact another company to fix the problem?!? This makes no sense at all. If you can call our number daily, surely you can find a way to put a stop to it.

~siriusNEVER: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~siriusNEVER: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~siriusNEVER: For that I would say five out of five.

~siriusNEVER: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
