~SteveN: I've had XM radio for ** years. I enjoy what they have to offer but the customer service and pricing structure is rediculous! I NEVER get an idividual who speaks english. They have never truely helped me. I used to get internet radio as part of my subscriptions and then they pull it without notification (bait and switch) and then want to charge me or it. I had the radio in my car replaced to due repair need and they want to charge me a swap fee of $**.**! REDICULOUS! They will not last, really poor service!

~SteveN: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~SteveN: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~SteveN: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sirius/XM customers?
~SteveN: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
