GetHuman-385329: I was on hold multiple times with no response. Tried two other numbers with the same result. The message says you should only wait for * minutes, but I waited over ** each time. Tried to use online chat, but it said it was unavailable even though it was within the designated hours. They should not call this "customer care." I did finally get through, but it should not be this difficult.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sirius/XM. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sirius/XM problem?
GetHuman-385329: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-385329: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-385329: For that I would say three out of five.
