~Tammy : Yes I can. It was afternoon, on November 15th.

~Tammy : had caled the number on my bill, I was told that my check I mailed was returned NSF then it was mailed back to me, then no it was returned by the bank, I work at the bank check NEVER came thru... Called * times asked to speak to someone in the US was told I needed to keep calling until someone from the US answered they had no way of contacting me or giving me a number to the US, called this number found online asked for a US rep., was given someone in Canada but she was more than able to assist me and tell me as I knew the others I spoke to had NO IDEA what on earth they where talking about... Sirius XM you need to do something with your customer service before you have no American Clients left!!!!!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sirius/XM. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sirius/XM problem?
~Tammy : I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Tammy : I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Tammy : For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sirius/XM customers?
~Tammy : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
