~WJMarx@aol.com: Previously, I called Sirius*XM several times on other numbers as well as the one you provided. In each case the wait was interminable. If the Sirius*XM CEO had to use his company*€*s customer service system he would resign. As it is he and Sirius*XM should be embarrassed by their level of customer service.**WJ Marx

~WJMarx@aol.com: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~WJMarx@aol.com: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~WJMarx@aol.com: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sirius/XM customers?
~WJMarx@aol.com: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
