~callingthefeds: I HAD AN IMPORTANT BUSINESS DEADLINE, AND MY INTERNET WENT DOWN. I WAITED ** MINUTES BEFORE ANYBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE. THE AGENT KEPT ME ON THE PHONE ANOTHER ** MINUTES BEFORE SHE SAID THERE WAS A PROBLEM AND I SHOULD JUST UNPLUG MY MODEM FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS. SHE WAS HELPLESS* COULD NOT TELL ME ANY MORE. (the good part--her pronunciation was quite clear). This is the type of incompetent "help" I get from sisna about three times a year when their servers go down. Except they use GOOGLE's servers, don't they? How much are YOU paying for GMAIL?

GetHuman: And what about Sisna's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
