~Stockrates: The customer service representatives were NOT responsive to my concerns--including the supervisors. It sounded like they were talking from a script instead of responding to my individual concerns. My problems were NOT resolved.

~Stockrates: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Stockrates: For that I would say four out of five.
