~usafvietnam: Fraud was committed on this SSI acct. Tried to resolve because check was being sent to another town. C.S. insisted that I know what the address used by the FRAUDSTER in order to have check sent back to the bank where it has been sent to for the last four years. I said I don't know what address the thief used on the new bank account or what the name of the bank used. Agent Pattsy because EXTREMELY COMBATIVE and then hung up on me.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Social Security. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Social Security problem?
~usafvietnam: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?

~usafvietnam: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Social Security customers?
~usafvietnam: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Social Security to know who you are.
