GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Sonic customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Kelly: At one of the Stephenville, TX sonic locations (the one by Tractor Supply) the drive-thru workers are absolutely horrible. The last two times I've been they have been rude, out-right ignoring us and refusing to give us more than one package of salsa for our TWO breakfast burritos. To top it off one of the extremely rude employees was THE MANAGER. It wouldn't surprise me one bit if that particular manager happened to fail a random drug test either. We waited ** minutes to even be acknowledged at the drive thru window and when she fiinnaally did, she was incredibly rude. They need to be retrained or replaced. Something needs to be done.

~Kelly: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Kelly: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sonic's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kelly: For that I would say five out of five.

~Kelly: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sonic to know who you are.
