~AngrySoldierFather: The sonic on Summerville Road in Phenix City, Alabama has disappointented me on several occasions and has finally upset me. Tonight I walked over with my two children to have dinner. The list of things I have found wrong is: Slow service, poor intercoms (damaged, hard to hear server and to be heard by server), ordered mozarella sticks on two occassions drive thru and didn't receive marinara sauce either time, tried to order a shake on multiple occassions just to receive the response that the machine is "broken", bathrooms are in disrepair (broken soap dispensers, towel dispensers, dirty floors and sinks). I have not had a good experience with this location since I moved into the area and started going there. It's disappointing because it's conveniently located next to the Martial Arts Academy my children attend multiple nights a week.

~AngrySoldierFather: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sonic's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~AngrySoldierFather: For that I would say five out of five.

~AngrySoldierFather: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sonic to know who you are.
