~Anonymous: My call was picked up within ten seconds! Woohoo! The customer service rep I spoke to was very nice, helpful, and upbeat. We figured out pretty quickly that the problem was on Window's end. He tried to help me as much as he could, but unfortunately Sony has a policy to charge $*** for contacting Windows or whatever it is the Support team does. Overall, it was a good experience.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sony VAIO's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say three out of five.
