~Rodger: No customer service. Placed an order to be sent overnight. Two days later, I call for a tracking number. My order had not been processed yet. When I asked about the additional cost of overnight shipping, I was told that when it ships, it will be sent overnight. When I asked if he could send me a tracking number, he refused.

~Rodger: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Rodger: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sorel's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Rodger: For that I would say one out of five.

~Rodger: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sorel to know who you are.
