~Nanette: Surprised that service guy was not able to answer my questions about warranty. After * years, the rubber around the toe is cracking badly. Now i have to pay to semnd the boots in to see if they will decide to send me a new pair. Risky. Not happy that i can't send in a photo of the damage, and let them make a decision to save me from wasting money on postage.

~Nanette: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~Nanette: For that I would say three out of five.
