~Ihatesjg: This is the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with ANY company ever!!! They had been ripping me off all summer on my gas bill- I was paying over $*** a month. Told them this was not possible so they had an employee of theirs come to inspect and they didn't find any problems. Sept rolls along and my gas bill magically goes back to normal but I didn't do anything different so why was it so high over the summer? I can not get to a customer service rep- always on hold and told by the machine to call back later or that no one is available to call me back. THIS COMPANY IS RUN BY A BUNCH OF CROOKS! Never again am I going to use their gas.
