~James Hopewell: iPad thieves in Southwest baggage handling. Do not trust them with anything of value. Our ** yr old Son wrapped his cherished iPad inside clothing in his suitcase to protect it - the bag came out completely unzipped and right away I knew the iPad was gone - we immediately reported it and it felt like they were going to do something - promised to call us, but no. We have the box and the serial number, still all we received is a form letter that basically says, "you were foolish to trust us."

~James Hopewell: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~James Hopewell: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Southwest Airlines's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~James Hopewell: For that I would say four out of five.
