~JRW: I ordered a shirt as a Christmas gift on *****. I called to check on it on ***** and was told that they lost the order, but that they would send the shirt two day express and get it there by Christmas. I got a confirmation email from Spiegel that it was sent by ground (called back again to no avail). Finally called back on **** and learned that they never shipped the shirt and that it was out of stock. Additionally, each conversation with a "fashion consultant" was met with completely unnecessary attitude on their part. I will NEVER shop there again!

~JRW: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~JRW: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Spiegel's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JRW: For that I would say three out of five.

~JRW: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Spiegel to know who you are.
