~SOME GUY: First off, the phone system constantly disconnects you. I called five times before I got a human being and then we were disconnected. Secondly, nobody speaks fluent English. I've called on several different occasions and I've never had anyone who has understood my complaint. And now their site says there are no flights available for the next six months. RIDICULOUS. I'm ready to give up my credit that I had to take because I had to cancel a flight. Just give me my effing money back so I can choose a carrier who actually flies to my destination.
