~Thia: I was worried since originally I had gotten in the "black hole" of press *, press *, etc. No matter what I pressed I couldn't get anyone. I went to this website, did exactly as it said to do - press * then * and within a minute a girl came on (Ashley) and helped me very quickly with a problem with adjusting the name on my husband's $* Fare account. When I had set it up, I had added his middle name since his passport has all * names. Unfortunately, his driver's license does not have the middle name and since most of his flying is done in the US, he uses his DL. Bottom line, Ashley was very, very helpful and fixed his name quickly. According to Ashley, I was fortunate to have called and gotten his name adjusted BEFORE I had booked the ticket. I have a feeling it wouldn't have been as easy AFTER booking the ticket.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Spirit Air. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Spirit Air problem?
~Thia: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Thia: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Spirit Air's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Thia: For that I would say one out of five.

~Thia: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Spirit Air to know who you are.
