~H. Thomas Gross: The worst and scariest experience I ever had on an airline. Very unprofessional flight attendants, unprepared, and actually total disregard to service to any persons needs throughout the entire flight. The attendants were goofing off on the loud speakers, giggling amongst each other over the spaker, flirting with the lady passengers instead of doing their job and totally disregarded the care and safety of the passengers. If there was an emergency, this crew would have not been capable of handling it by any means, they acted like little children playing. I amongst several other passengers were very disturbed over their behavior and careless attitude. I was actually shaking from the fear until we landed at BWI. Thank God the pilot knew how to fly. I sincerely feel that this airline should be investigated.
