~madfamilyof4: This airline is so awful it almost feels unreal. The customer service is nonexistent...there are, however, people who will answer the phone after you wait on hold...but they will just put you back on hold with some kind of excuse. First our flight was delayed an hour so, since we have young kids, we waited around. Then ** minutes AFTER we were supposed to board they came back and told us it would be another * hours. The latest update was an additional * hour delay. Our flight was supposed to leave at *:** am...we now have an expected departure time of *pm. I called the customer service line and they finally told us that theyou only collect payment and they have no control over when the flight actually takes off so they "cannot" offer a refund or even a partial refund. So basically, they took my money for * plane tickets and ran. I wish I had read all of these reviews before I shelled out all this money to use this airline. Pay a little extra to get what you pay for. I hope this helps s
