GetHuman-17048: You know what first I almost lost my flight because the person at the gate that checks u in, wanted to charge me for my carry on which is the same bag I always use to travel,when I travel with spirit, them she lets me go on the plane after arguing for ** minutes, then we run out of fuel, so we are force to land in Maryland , it doesn't end there, the flight attendends have the only attitude tours people, and to make matters worse the reason of my trip is to celebrate her sweet ** birthday all the money I spend to throw this party and now is ruin by spirit airlines, thank you so much, I travel * times a year from Florida to New York on spirit but I think I need to change airlines.
