GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman2658: Sprint doesn't help cutomers when they need it most, I am pregnant and at high risk, I have missed a lot of work and haven't been able to pay my phone bill on time, due to recent changes I've Been told they no longer offer extensions unless it's paid ** days straight on time, so apparently they think that financial instability doesn't exist, I was only able to pay a little over half of what I owe and my bill is only * days late and now my phone will be shut off and sprint says there is nothing they can do, I've had this service since I was a teenager, and I've recommend it to everyone I know, but now that they no longer offer help to life long customers I regret recommending them to people, it's outrageous that the customers don't come first anymore, I need an extension on the rest of my bill to get paid by the end of the month but no one will help me, great customer service sprint
