GetHuman-258400: I scheduled an appointment at a sprint store and still waited over ** minutes to speak with someone. What is the point of scheduling an appointment??? Why isn't there a station to check in and then put you in the order of appointments and then walk-ins. I'm very disappointed in the service. Store location is **** west touhy, skokie, Illinois. I'm very tempted to cancel my contract just because of this.
