GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman11727: After having an issue with my daughter's phone line on my account, I had had a HORRIBLE time getting resolution from Sprint. In a **-hour time span, I had called back *-times, got disconnected *, times and was ready to literally drive to my local Sprint store and cancel my service with Sprint. Now, before this issue, I've been a loyal*devoted and proud supporter of Sprint and the services. Until this past month. But today, your agent Shyterria (NN******) did EVERYTHING I expect a customer service specialist to do. She patiently listened to the issues (without interrupting me), she apologized, she researched the previous interactions, and SHE RESOLVED my issue to my satisfaction. She did all this with grace, kindness, patience and such courtesy, that she saved my account from going to your competitor. Then, speaking with her Supervisor, Keisha, she reinforced my positive experience. I know it's not easy working in a call center. I've done it... but, if every one of your specialists could handle each of your customers the way that Shyterria handled me... you'd be set for life. This young lady deserves every accolade and praise for keeping me as a satisfied customer. Thank you for allowing her to serve me. Thank you for sharing her skills and compassion with me. I hope you realize the treasure that she is, and acknowledge her service on your behalf.
