GetHuman-nayesa: Two months ago I switched my rate plane as we weren't using more than *GB of data. Since then, we've gone over within * days within the billing cycle for data overages. I have made over ** telephone calls regarding this and have been hung up on, place on terminal hold and transferred multiple times with no resolution.
