GetHuman15195: Hello*My name is Rebecca Fuller. I was a Sprint customer from the ****'s.*For personal family reasons I transfered to a different provider. I am believing I will be helping my family for a short time and plan to return to Sprint when possible.*Regardless I would like to take a moment to recognize three employees. Two were on the phone the other was at one of your stores in Tempe Arizona.*For various reasons this transfer process took several hours on three different days. Nontheless, each individual was immensly helpful and supportive of my trials. *A special recognition to Andrew G. Store* **** Tempe ***-***-****.*This employee was deligent. He perservered when working to resolve issues with Apple. He spent over an hour with an agent, then worked with another supervisor on the phone until things were resolved. Throughout this time he stayed composed and never faultered focusing on the solutions and NOT the problems. I was very impressed. In fact everyone at this store was extremely professional.
