GetHuman-vlsstaf: From Bad to Worse
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-vlsstaf: Service has gone from bad to worse. Have been dealing with a problem for the last * months regarding my checking account. Have been lied to, hung up on, told that it was my bank (which I have contacted several times and there is nothing blocked). The representatives are either difficult to understand due to a language barrier or just rude. If they do not want to deal with the issue then they hang up on you and do not contact you back even though I request that if we are disconnect please contact me back so that I do not have to go through the process again. Had to call "Telecheck" to verify that I do not have a block on my checking account only to be told that I am not in their system and they do not have a problem. Then contacted CSR again for them to * way call me in to Telecheck to verify again. (idiots) Very few representatives have been very accommodating however my issue is still there and nothing has been done. I have been told that a representative will call me back within a week and no one calls. Sprint needs to hire more qualified personnel or just give up. All this money is going to what!! Going from one representative to another does not help the issue and what makes it more frustrating is repeating the same **** information that you have given the first one (which should be easier if you read the comments instead of repeating it again). I am very sure that if a corporate employee or the CEO had the same issues things would be a lot different - this is why I will track down a phone number and contact someone there today.

GetHuman-vlsstaf: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
