GetHuman-billym: Horrible phone service
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman-billym: We have been Sprint customers since **** and have never had worst phone service than we have now. We had phone issues when living in the Dallas area and was told what the issues were: Working on the towers in your area and expecting it to be corrected shortly. We have since moved to the Houston area and when I called to find out what the issue was, this is the reply I received: The towers in your area are being upgraded and we expect to have this issue resolved shortly. The time frame between the * issues was several years. Time to change your canned responses. We finally received a Airave in the Dallas area and it did help with our reception. We also received one for the Houston area and it has done absolutely nothing to help our phone issues. This is our current plan: With the announcement of the unlimited plan from AT&T, we are currently waiting until the S* is released and plan on switching carriers. Your new CEO has done nothing to improve the Sprint network and looks like he has no plans to improve the network. I do not like changing carriers after so long of a time but you leave me little choice.

GetHuman-billym: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sprint Corporate Care customers?
