~xyzman: I had call Sprint about my phone bill being a lot higher than usually and the customer care rep name Lou was the person I talk too. I had ask her why my bill is a lot higher but she couldn't even really answer my question cause she said I have to give her my password to look up my account and I told her I don't even know my password. She told me without my password than she won't be able to see my account. I gave her a password that I think it might be and she said no. I ask to talk to a manager and she said I have to hold on and she'll put the manager on the line for me. When the manager name Ashley came on the line I had ask her about my phone bill and she said I have to give her my password to get to my account. I told her I don't know my password cause I never go online to Sprint. Than I gave her the same password that I gave the customer care rep and she said it was correct. I had asked her why the customer care rep said it was the wrong password. She just said maybe she type it w
