GetHuman-72692: This is the second time i have tried to rectify my problem with my bill! If this phone number is not corporate then it should not say that it is! This is one of the reasons that I disconnected my service with Sprint! I don't feel that I should have to pay for early termination of the contract because not only did I fail to keep my word but so did Sprint! They didn't give the service that they agreed to give, if they had then I would still be their customer. Not only did I get placed on hold for ** minutes I was disconnected! This is one of the many reasons that Sprint has lost so many customers!

GetHuman-72692: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-72692: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
