~luckeu02: Went to purchase two new upgrade phones and new customers have better phone prices then long time existing customer. When I asked about it customer care guy told me basically it more important to get new customer in then satisfied the old ones. They assume we like their service enough to stick around. So basically if your a new customer you get good prices but one that have been with them for ** yrs can go f themselves. This is the first time I'm going to go research other cell phone companies.

~luckeu02: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~luckeu02: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sprint Corporate Care's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~luckeu02: For that I would say two out of five.
