~WaitingForContractEnd: Sprint service *****! The rep kept on the phone for ** minutes and THEN tells me that their system is down and they don't know when it is going to come back. They tell me they will call me when it comes back. Next afternoon and still no call.* The latest rep kept mumbling and I couldn't understand anything she was saying. She kept blaming my phone. When I told her I could hear the other reps in the background fine and could she please speak clearly, she just hung up on me.* Now I know why everyone told me Sprint *****!!!
