~jacki : ihave had * extreamly poor contacts w*sprint cust serv this week. over an hr wait in store, yesterday,*hillsboro,oregon* and now am getting yet another "DOWANNA" telling me i need pin which cant be recalled or answer to security question which my answer is wrong!!! supervisor unavailable ... im currently on my way back to store to authenticate account! i am taking a sleeping bag and coffee . WE R SO DONE W*SPRINT. they lie about their service, con u into spending $$ then wont back their products or help custamers solve phone issues

~jacki : For that I would say four out of five.
