~dissapointed loyalty: I had been with Sprint for * years. I recently signed a contract for * years when I bought by iPhone Plus, which I was supposed to pay for the * years. Sprint however billed me outright for the phone and suspened my sevice because my ballance was high and needed to be paid for. I also did not get the rebate I was to get for my phone. Neither did I get rewarded for my loyalty. I will switch soon as another carier gives me a better deal.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sprint. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sprint problem?
~dissapointed loyalty: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~dissapointed loyalty: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sprint's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~dissapointed loyalty: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sprint customers?
~dissapointed loyalty: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sprint to know who you are.
