~Momster: The first girl I spoke to couldn't read her script. She said, "a" and "um" so many times I couldn't get the whole sentence from her. Then she accused me of using the wrong method to review my account. Because I went to a local store for my questions. Told me that my problem was my fault. - We left sprint.
