~norma garcia: what kind of service are we paying for? The service is horrible, dropped calls, no more customer service at the local stores. we have to call and wait and be walked thru. sprint is making good money and not providing the service we pay for. when my contracts expire i will switch to verizon and I have * lines.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~norma garcia: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sprint's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~norma garcia: For that I would say one out of five.

~norma garcia: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sprint to know who you are.
