~Yew tree: This operation is awful. Can't believe Starbucks would have anything to do with such a murky, oz like company. Are there any humans at square at all? We ran a substantial charge for a good customer, which was instantly approved. Two days later, after the client is *,*** miles away, we get a notice that square is not going to complete the transaction. We are told to give the client a refund and have not had the funds given to us. The Clint's charge remains in her card, we don't have our funds and square holds us all hostage. Shame on them.

~Yew tree: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Yew tree: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Square's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Yew tree: For that I would say one out of five.

~Yew tree: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Square to know who you are.
