~grandmacody: called ***-***-**** at *:**PM on *********. Immediate answer that told me to visit the help center, if I wanted to hear message again press *, I held and was disconnected at *:**PM. They have been holding $*** of mine since Feb **rd for a 'chargeback' which I went to great lengths to prove it was swiped and I had a signature and witnesses. I have attempted to contact them many, many times and they will no longer even return my requests for a resolution. Frustrated, I now have a Bank of America swipe card. I would NEVER use Square again. The woman who purchased my product has it and I'm out $***.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Square. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Square problem?
~grandmacody: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~grandmacody: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Square's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~grandmacody: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Square customers?
~grandmacody: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Square to know who you are.
