~Tammy H: I am consistently not receiving my paper * to * times a week. I have to call in each time my paper does not come and they promise to have it redelivered - NEVER HAPPENS! Last time I asked for someone to call me back that can solve the missing paper fiasco and NO ONE ever called me back. I am now having to buy a paper at QT * to * times a week, for the missing paper...our ** YO grandma RELYS ON THE PAPER!
