GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Stamps.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~David2011: I had to cancel my credit card due to possible hacking. This caused my Stamps.com to not get paid. I believe I had emails from four or five people telling me what to do, but even after the first person said they were going to waive the current bill. I still continued to bet bills and finally I told them to cancel Stamps.com, even though I liked the program, and because of their ignorance, I now must find another stamps program. Now stamps.com what are you going to do?

~David2011: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~David2011: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Stamps.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~David2011: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Stamps.com customers?
~David2011: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Stamps.com to know who you are.
