Well after some calls and contacts made on the internet I got a response that was basically they no longer made that pair of pliers. Well I said still when I got them they had a lifetime warranty so in all fairness if they do not make them anymore they should replace them with a pair of equal or grater value. Fair is fair ! Their response was to take my own money and send them away and then if determined to be faulty they would replace them. So how is this not the same as going and buying a new pair? Also after I told the guy on the phone I was in contact with I had them for * years he said"well eight years is a long time and these things can't last forever" Well why did they come with a Lifetime Guarantee then?
