~Denise: I still have yet to receive the email confirmation from Staples as you stated below (highlighted). It should have been directed to my email only. Please investigate this.* *On another note, I called the Staples Prepaid Center for a general question on utilizing a Visa Rebate Credit Card. I spoke to the rep, Josh Henry. He informed me that upon using a Rebate Card for any credit purchase - such as at a restaurant - you must "first" pay a portion with your own monies, and then for the remaining balance, you give them your Rebate Card and it will then work for "a portion" of the Rebate Card - not the entire amount. Please verify this for me.* *Staples has not made it easy in any way to utilize these Visa Rebate Cards by not allowing you to use the card for its full rebate amount. This happened to us at a business gathering at a restaurant whereas the transactions took a bit of time* the card was for $** and the restaurant could only use like $** of it and then I later used the balance w
