~Martha : I have gone to the Starbucks on * ** and military because it's convenient and close to where I work. Started ordering an iced coffee in the morning and first time I got it the cashier spilled it on my lap and I said it was ok. Accident right? Went another time same thing coffee was overflowed and got some on my lap. I was upset but had to be at work and went home to change. Couple weeks go bk went bk for the same thing and the same girl handed me the iced coffee completely overflowing and spilled it on me.well this time I got off my car and went inside to complain and they all kept on telling me the same thing."they were sorry about that" I simply wanted them to be aware of the issue so it can be corrected for future costumers and myself. They didn't seem to care. I will now go out of my way to go to another location.

~Martha : I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Martha : I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Starbucks's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Martha : For that I would say four out of five.

~Martha : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Starbucks to know who you are.
