~stylist: I have been waiting for ** hours for my iPhone to be activated. I have called multiple times & my current phone number (I have been a straight talk customer for * months) is 'not registered', funny, because I can still use my old cell phone. I'm glad I purchased an iPhone so I can sit here and stare at it. The person that I finally did get a hold of at Straight Talk was rude & acted like it was my fault that the phone was not yet activated. Will be switching companies after this ****. Go elsewhere, a few extra dollars is worth being able to talk to a REAL person who you can understand.

~stylist: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~stylist: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~stylist: For that I would say four out of five.
