GetHuman-163149: I have a new phone on order, paid for overnight shipping and it has been * days now and it still hasn't even shipped. Called to find out why and all I could be told was my order was in process. My bank account had already been charged and straight talk had no reason to not ship my phone other than saying it was still in progress. I got tossed around to a few different people before the last lady flat out hung up on me. Seriously the worst service out there.
