GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Straight Talk customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-45104: I have been with straight talk for quite a few years. I get text messages stating when my straight talk service expires. I didn't get one this month. I always get them stating my time is going to run out in four days and everyday after that. I didn't get not a one message this month. My time was just cut. I can't see on my phone when my service expires. I don't get paid for two more days and the money I do have I need for gas to get back and forth to work. I think that it is wrong that I couldn't have gotten an extended to days till I got paid or anything or any type of help. Considering my number has been with straight talk for five years. I am obviously a reliable customer and have been for years. I have spent *,*** of dollars on your company and bought more phone than you can even count. I depend on the text messages to come to me every month and because I didn't get one this time around I was unable to keep my phone on. This phone is my only communication and considering I travel f
